Viral Pandemic Business Continuity Plan

It’s about having effective control through simple interventions. Emergency Preparedness is crucial to minimising the possible impact a pandemic could have on our community and businesses.
As businesses we have a responsibility to protect our clients, customers, staff and the wider community - particularly as regards those in our community who more vulnerable.

Ways a pandemic could affect your business:

  • High absenteeism (family related also)
  • Suspected cases (enforced quarantine)
  • Sick Leave policies and procedures - do they need to be reviewed in light of this possibility
  • Ability to carry our essential operations/functions maybe impaired
  • Schools/child care centres being closed

All About People have developed a simple template that can easily adapt to suit you specific business requirements. Contact us for more information or phone 0800 023 789
